Mr. Santosh B Inchal, who has 15 years of civil experience in the field of Security & Administration, is heading the company as proprietor.
The operational team has one Operation Manager, who is a Retired navy officer and we have good and well experienced field officers / executives.
All the staffs have been provided with two/ four wheelers, Walkie Talkie system and Mobile Communication.
It has the backup of an administration department headed by Administration Manager.
The company is at present providing services to about 80 clients. It has a guarding strength of about 500 personnel in various ranks with about 20% ex-service personnel mainly in the supervisory cadre and also armed Security personnel. We are providing services in Different part of north Karnataka.

To provide flawless services enabling the management to be relieved of stress & strain of security aspects and to rise to the satisfaction of our Clients.
Recruitment of Personnel
We endeavour to screen and appoint eligible Civilian Personnel and Ex-Servicemen, who adhere to strict discipline & punctuality, who are with good physique, basic education, general intelligence and family antecedents below the age of 45 years. Further, all our personnel are verified by jurisdictional Police Station. We provide ESI and PF facility to all our personnel.
In-House Training
Our personnel are subjected to all rigid physical and mental tests enabling them to perform the tasks assigned in any conditions. This includes day-to-day security functioning, access control, reception, fire fighting, patrolling, telephone manners, gate manning, mob-handling, first aid. Parade, contingency drills, tab on movement of visitors/workers/staff, checking of material inward/outward & vehicles and all its related fields.
Personnel
Our personnel will be highly disciplined, courteous yet firm, smart and ever vigilant. They are trained to perform the duties promptly and sincerely.
Training
Orientation / Training Classes for in-experienced guards are conducted, emphasizing more on the basic requirements of security like wearing of uniform, drill, fire fighting and maintenance of documents.
They are also taught the basic manners and how to behave with Officers / Staff Members. More emphasis is given to the ‘On Job Training’, which is done on the site as per the requirements of the unit. Experienced security supervisors are tested to assess the depth of their Professional Knowledge. If found suitable, they are positioned with serving security personnel for orientation and on the job training.
Fresh security guards are put through training for a week in:
Physical Movement including Drill,
Basis of Security Principles,
Maintenance of Records & Registers for Regulating Movement of People & Materials,
Interacting with Strangers, Visitors,
Speaking on Telephone,
Action to be taken in case of Fire,
Other Issues related to Security.
After the initial training, they are positioned with serving security personnel for on the job training.
